We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive – German Market to join our client’s growing team in Cork. In this role, you’ll engage with warm leads, onboard new clients, and represent one of the world’s most innovative fintech brands. If you’re fluent in German and passionate about building strong client relationships, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with inbound leads and guide new and growing businesses through a seamless onboarding journey.
* Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using Salesforce, driving prospects through the full sales cycle.
* Deliver virtual product demos and provide tailored solutions that align with client goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
* Work towards quarterly activation targets and contribute to overall team KPIs and success metrics.
What You’ll Bring
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
* At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role.
* A confident, consultative approach to engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and fintech solutions.
* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills (experience hosting virtual demos is a plus!).
* Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar pipeline management systems.
