We are on the lookout for a flexible and organised individual to join our growing team in the role of Accommodation Supervisor.
Located in the heart of The Liberties, Aloft Dublin City is one of Dublins uniquely styled hotels.
Our hotel consists of 202 bedrooms, expanding meeting space, gymnasium, F&B outlets together with an on-site Gastro Pub.
The 7th floor, complete with floor to ceiling windows boasts panoramic views of the entire city and is where the reception and F&B outlets are located.

POSITION PURPOSE: The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the servicing of bedrooms and the overall supervision of Accommodation Associates.
This Supervisor is an essential part of the staff team with regard to both excellent standards in all bedrooms in addition to being one of the first associates that many guests will meet each morning.
A high level of customer service will be required and guest interaction is actively encouraged.
You take ownership of your individual rooms,providing expected levels of service both for our bedrooms & our guests JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance faults to be reported to your manager / duty manager as soon as they occur / are found.
Any guest complaints to be reported to your manager / duty manager as soon as they are brought to your attention.
All standards are to be adhered to.
Oversee public areas to ensure they are cleaned to the required standard at all times.
To read, understand and carry out your responsibilities as defined in the Health and safety statement and staff handbook.
To attend any meetings/training sessions as required.
To ensure that corridors are kept clean, clear and free of obstacles at all times.
Be security conscious by not leaving doors or windows open and by reporting any suspicious activity noticed.
Ensure the return of all keys and reports from Associates at the end of daily shifts.
Ensure that all trollies are restocked at the end of the day.
Ensure that all lost property found while on shift is handled as per the departmental SOP.
Ensure that any money found during your shift is reported to your Head of Department / Manager on Duty and documented as per the SOP in place.
Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate and regular stock takes as required by your Head of Department.
Achieve a level of service quality that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of guests.
