We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Personnel Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the Life Science Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage and develop existing business relationships with key players in Capital Projects and Site Operations arena
2. To identify, develop and negotiate new client opportunities with a focus on Capital Projects and Site Operations within Biotech and Pharma Industries
3. To source, select, contract technical personnel across all stages of projects from conceptual design through to handover and operations support
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience working in recruitment environment or similar industry. Strong communication skills are essential along with high levels of enthusiasm, energy drive self-motivation confidence manner strong interpersonal skills ability work fast-paced target driven environment.
