Role and Reporting Lines
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for driving the performance and strategic delivery. This is a senior leadership role with wide-reaching influence across the business:
* Operational Oversight – Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
* Strategy Execution – Drive implementation of strategic plans and support long-term growth initiatives
* Reporting – Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, performance, and forecasts
* Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and deliver solutions across workflows and systems
* Business Partnering – Collaborate with leaders in Finance, HR, and other functions
* Data Analytics – Leverage performance data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement
* Stakeholder Engagement – Foster strong relationships across teams and with senior leadership
