You will lead the day-to-day bar operations, managing staff, stock, and service standards. You will work closely with the kitchen and floor teams to maintain smooth, professional service and a great atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and training the bar team
* Managing stock, orders, and supplier relationships
* Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation
* Developing seasonal drinks menus and cocktail offerings
* Tracking budgets, wastage, and performance targets
* Ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards
* Supporting events and high-volume service
What were looking for:
* At least 3 years experience in bar management or senior bar supervision
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
* Experience with EPOS and stock control systems
* Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure
