HR Generalist – Wicklow
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a well-established business based in Bray, Wicklow.
This role offers a broad, hands-on HR position and would be ideal for a HR Administrator who is ready for the next step. Salary – 35K-40K
Responsibilities:
1. Support day-to-day HR operations across the business
2. Manage employee relations issues, including absence, performance, and disciplinary processes
3. Support recruitment and on boarding processes
4. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
5. Assist with training, learning, and development initiatives
6. Support HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a generalist HR role
8. Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
11. CIPD qualification or working towards is an advantage
