PepsiCo's Finance Graduate Programme is a 3-year development initiative designed for high-potential graduates like you, aiming to prepare you for impactful roles in the business. We are hiring a Finance Graduate to join our team in Cork, Ireland, starting September 2025, for a duration of 3 years.
Who We Are:
- We are part of PepsiCo's concentrate team (PGCS), working across Beverage, Nutrition, and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for brands like Gatorade, 7Up, and Pepsi.
- We source ingredients to produce over 1,200 recipes for our brands, placing us at the core of PepsiCo products.
- We are a global organization with 15 locations across 6 countries, offering careers in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR, and IT.
- We thrive in a fast-paced environment, passionate about creating beloved household brands worldwide.
The successful candidate will be part of the Controls and Reporting team on a 36-month graduate training programme, working towards becoming a qualified accountant through a recognized body, gaining valuable experience at PepsiCo.
The role involves supporting the Controls and Reporting team with high-level accounting, business, and process support, providing accurate and relevant information in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Key tasks include:
- Managing cash flow responsibilities proactively
- Supporting month-end and period-end close processes
- Coordinating quarterly balance sheet reviews
- Supporting month-end and marketing reporting
- Participating in projects to improve processes and drive efficiencies
Qualifications
Requirements include:
- An accounting degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills
- Results-driven with a commitment to objectives
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and adaptable
