Key Role in Business System Implementation:
About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the successful implementation of our Business System onsite.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing business systems roadmaps for operating businesses or sites.
* This senior leadership role demands exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to promote synergy across functions and handle conflict effectively.
* As a key figure in driving sustainable change, the successful candidate must be able to influence others at all levels within the organization, both up and down the hierarchy.
* A Master's Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred, but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Promote and facilitate the effective diagnosis and elimination of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business.
2. Develop and implement a Business System roadmap to meet performance development (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
3. Lead site/company leadership in developing strategies to ensure the sustainability of the Business System.
4. Plan cost-saving projects and maintain kaizen results according to top-down objectives.
5. Foster associate development in various Business System tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership.
6. Provide formal and informal training and coaching on Business System tools and best practices.
Requirements:
* At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain.
* Demonstrated expertise as an SME in biopharmaceutical operations.
* Ability to leverage followership and leadership to drive sustainable change.
* Effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
* Hands-on experience implementing Business Systems in a line management role.
* Proficiency in time and project management.
