We are seeking a skilled and experienced solicitor to join our team in Kinsale. As a residential conveyancing specialist, you will be responsible for acting on behalf of both purchasers and vendors in all aspects of residential property transactions.
* Conducting research and due diligence on property titles
* Negotiating contracts and agreements with parties involved
* Carrying out the sale or purchase process from start to finish
All Areas of Residential Leases - Acting for Both Landlords and Tenants
You will be required to act for landlords or tenants in matters related to residential leases, including drafting lease agreements, negotiating terms, and representing clients in disputes.
Residential Property Expertise:
1. Mortgage re-arrangement: assisting clients who wish to remortgage their properties for various reasons such as securing better rates,
having taken advantage of new options that may have become available after originally signing up (with an existing lender).
Purchasers require guidance throughout every step until completion ensuring smooth transition into ownership; (includes repayment plans based upon agreed criteria rather than forced decisions). Probate Applications & Will Drafting: liaising between executors/heirs-at-law regarding deceased individuals’ estates;present solutions pertinent legal documents devised necessary protocols while maintaining confidentiality appropriately governed processes complying regulatory compliance guidelines thus effectively preserving inherent value assets possession rightful beneficiaries retain interests dutifully protected,
