Global Pharmaceutical company, based in Grange castle, Co. Dublin, Ireland - looking forSenior Project Engineer.The successful engineer will be responsible for initial scope of work to deliver several investment projects on site with specific focus on HVAC heat recovery system, Heat pump(s), chillers etc.The Role:The Project Engineer will liaise, where necessary, with external engineering companies to complete design and execution.Maintain strict budgetary control, while adhering to agreed schedules.Manage procurement activities associated with projects, inclusive of tendering, Purchasing and Invoice management.Lead cross functional teams in development and execution of projects.Prepare/support commissioning and qualification documentation and execution per site procedures.Participate fully in any cross-functional training initiatives.Ensure that Accident Reports / Near Miss Forms are completed in a timely manner after an event.Ensure timely completion of all SOP reading, training and assessment.Other duties as required and directed by the Capital Projects Manager or any other Officer appointed by the Board of Directors.Respect and comply with the Engineering Department policy regarding the Annual Summer Shutdown Period (last 2 weeks of July), and do not schedule leave during this period.Have You:A 3rd level degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent is required.3 year's experience in pharmaceutical project / program management.Excellent project management skills, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent PM qualification is a plus.Ability to plan workload and work to tight timelines.Ability to communicate with Site Management, all Engineering disciplines, EHS, Production, and Quality personnel.Good understanding of best practice safety procedures and standards applicable to construction and installation work.The successful candidatemust have eligible working VISAin Ireland orEuropean Union (EU) passport.Berkley Life Science & Engineering is a specialist consultancy, recruiting professionals for organizations throughout Ireland, UK & Europe; for more information go to www.berkley-If you would like to discuss this vacancy further or to discuss your career options in confidence, please telephone Aleksas Kremenskas at or send your profile to-
