We are now hiring Associate Partners—experienced recruiters ready to own their desk, expand their personal brand, and scale their business within a trusted, high-performance platform.
What You’ll Get
* Industry-Leading Commission Structure - 50%-60% on billings up to $600k

* An experienced 360 external recruiter or billing manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in the staffing industry looking for freedom and full control over your desk
* Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with a proven track record of high performance
* Ready to scale your recruitment business without the overhead
