This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of lean manufacturing, team leadership, and medical-grade production standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and health & safety.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure KPIs are met.Lead, mentor, and develop the production team.Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and GMP requirements.Requirements:3+ years in production/plant management, ideally in injection moulding or medical devices.Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.Senior / Mid-Level Process EngineerOverview:This role is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about process optimisation in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in the development, validation, and improvement of injection moulding processes for medical devices.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimise injection moulding processes for new and existing products.Lead validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield and reduce scrap.Act as a technical lead on complex troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.Requirements:Degree in Engineering or related discipline.2+ years’ experience in process engineering within injection moulding or medical devices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Process Technicians (x4)Days: 4 on 4 offOverview:We are hiring four skilled Process Technicians to support the production team. These roles are crucial to ensuring the smooth running of injection moulding machines, performing setups, and maintaining quality standards in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.Troubleshoot technical issues and adjust parameters to optimise performance.Perform routine maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.Maintain documentation in line with GMP and quality requirements.Requirements:1+ years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.*We are supporting Maclivaro as the secondary sourcing partner for this client.
