Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead our facilities management function. This role will involve managing site technicians and planning schedules to ensure all planned maintenance and reactive tasks are completed safely and within service level agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Campus Lead Technician and on-site teams to deliver planned, reactive, and preventative tasks in line with established standards.
* Oversee site operations to guarantee all planned maintenance and reactive tasks are executed to meet or exceed account services level agreements.
* Instruct site technicians to undertake tasks according to local legislation, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations.
