Social Housing Project Management Opportunity
As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality social housing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in managing project plans, schedules, and budgets will ensure that projects meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of social housing projects, leading a team of contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
* Oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
* Manage procurement processes, selecting and negotiating contracts with contractors and consultants.
* Monitor project finances, including cost control and budget reporting.
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
* Previous experience working in the residential or social housing sector.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and social value principles.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.

Location:
This role is based in Dublin and will require frequent site visits throughout the city and further afield.
