Overview


JOB DESCRIPTION


As the Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the sportsbook and iGaming arms of the business. Reporting to the Sr. Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data across multiple areas of the business, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform revenue-driving strategies. This role is ideal for an adaptive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.



Key Responsibilities


1. Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from Online Sportsbook and iGaming platforms to support revenue and performance analysis.
2. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance metrics, including customer engagement, revenue, and KPIs across user segments.
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
4. Collaborate closely with the Sr. Performance Analyst, the Performance team, and key business stakeholders to provide the foundational data needed for strategic insights and initiatives.
5. Identify and communicate key trends, anomalies, and opportunities in performance metrics to stakeholders.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in data and reporting.
7. Continuously optimize data processes and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.


* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, customer analytics, or related areas, preferably within the sports, sports betting, or technology industry.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SQL).
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets while ensuring accuracy.
* A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
* Solid understanding of Online Sportsbook and iGaming KPIs and customer behaviors is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Clear and concise communication skills to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A passion for data-driven decision-making and solving complex problems.
* Experience in DBT, Snowflake is a plus.
