Job Title: Regional Director North West
We are seeking a senior leader to provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary workforce comprising Social Care Managers, Social Care Workers, Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants.
About the Role
* To lead and manage teams at regional level with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care outcomes for service users.
* To set and monitor quality benchmarks, implement best practice standards, and regularly evaluate service outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A primary degree in Social Care or an equivalent discipline at honours level meeting eligibility criteria for registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
* A minimum of four years experience in a senior management role supported by an additional management or business qualification.
Demonstrate extensive experience within the disability sector including residential services across public voluntary or private settings. Experience in service development engagement with HSE CHO personnel is highly desirable.
Possess independent leadership skills with ability to balance operational service delivery long-term planning Have experience working with HIQA building maintaining effective relationships regulatory bodies key stakeholders Hold full clean manual driving licence eligibility drive Ireland .
