Restaurant Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-tier service and a memorable guest experience.
* Manage, motivate, and train the front-of-house team to deliver excellence at every service.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to coordinate menus, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
* Drive service standards, handle guest feedback, and maintain a strong floor presence.
* Manage rosters, cost control, and staff development to ensure operational efficiency.
* Uphold all health & safety and hygiene standards in line with hotel and legislative guidelines.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 23 years' experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality 4* hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented management style.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* A sound understanding of restaurant financials (cost control, stock, P&L).
* Flexible, calm under pressure, and guest-focused at all times.
