This exciting opportunity is available in our Dublin-based team, working on a 12-month contract. As a Packaging Development Engineer, you will be part of a leading biopharmaceutical organisation that drives innovation and excellence in their field.
About You
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical qualification, with equivalent experience in pharma or medical device packaging development.
* You have a solid understanding of cGMP requirements for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
* You possess excellent communication skills to present and influence, with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to product packaging development at CMOs, troubleshooting efforts, and managing Change Controls and Risk Assessments. Your key tasks will include:
* Technical writing of Packaging Tech Transfer Protocols, Packaging Technical Studies, and User Requirements Specifications.
* Collection, organisation, trending, and analysis of Packaging Development data.
* Input and other technical documents for regulatory agency submission in support of FP manufacturing processes.
Your Skills
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical qualification/equivalent experience.
* cGMP requirements for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Strong communication ability to present and influence.
* Organised analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
* Experience of using systems within a GMP environment.
