Reservations Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reservations Coordinator. The role is to assist with the everyday reservations and bookings for a renowned golf course.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a hospitality or administration environment. Previous experience in a golf club reservations department is considered advantageous. Key responsibilities include managing all inquiries, planning and organizing itineraries for golf members, managing transport and logistics bookings, arranging accommodation and providing exceptional customer service.
Key skills and qualifications include excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. The successful candidate should be well-presented and professional, with a positive attitude and customer service orientation. Additionally, they should be computer proficient and familiar with using and updating CRM's and software packages.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a hospitality or administration environment.

This is a full-time position working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotation basis.
