CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. If you have a retail or sales background with set KPIs and are seeking to work for an award-winning global network, we want to hear from you! Basic salary up to €39,000, uncapped commission, €4,000 loyalty bonus, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, plus additional perks.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage a territory, selling directly to SME and SOHO customers, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Plan customer journeys to maximize efficiency within your assigned territory.
* Conduct face-to-face selling to decision-makers and complete applications accurately.
* Represent CPM and Vodafone professionally at all times.
* Use IT skills to report daily activity, working comfortably with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Functional Responsibilities:
* Enjoy working with customers and finding tailored solutions for their needs.
* Work independently and continuously seek ways to improve sales performance.
* Have face-to-face sales experience working to KPIs.
* Be tech-savvy; a passion for technology is a bonus!
* Possess a full driving license and own vehicle.

* Experience in face-to-face sales within the telecoms market is desirable.
* Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and the wider telecoms market.
* Aware of the Irish business landscape at local and national levels to maintain a sales pipeline.
* Experience with CRM tools.
Communication Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive customer relationships.
* Strong written skills for proposals and feedback to management and clients.
