JOB SUMMARY: To perform duties as associated with the specific SOPs for manufacturing, inspection, or packaging of Medical Devices at Integer Limited, Spiddal.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the quality concepts inherent in Integer Limited's business philosophies, including various job-related tasks.
Be an active team member to develop a world-class lean manufacturing system.
Accountabilities include: Perform all duties as assigned by Supervisor.Adhere to relevant SOPs and JBSs.Complete and comply with all documentation requirements.Carry out asset care on equipment and set up machines.Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.Comply with quality standards and GMP in production areas.Follow gowning procedures.Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including high standards of housekeeping and chemical control (5S).Follow Integer Limited's behavioral standards.Skills and Knowledge: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, presenting a professional image.Conscientious with strong attention to detail.Quality-focused with diligent documentation skills.Minimum Education and Experience: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.Good oral and written communication skills.Basic PC skills are advantageous.Good attendance and performance record.Physical Demands: Minimal physical demands as per operator role.Mental Demands: Well-organized with good interpersonal skills.Equal Opportunity Statement: Integer Holdings Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
