FULL TIME/PART TIME
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Team Member. This role is perfect for someone who is genuinely interested in working in a fast-paced food service environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a good sense of responsibility and common sense.
Due to the scheduling needs of the business, this role is best suited to individuals who are available year round and not restricted by term time commitments or curfews related to age.
Experience is a similar environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Take customer orders accurately and input them into the till system.
* Process payments efficiently, including cash and card transactions.
* Call out orders when ready and ensure smooth service.
* Prepare drinks, ice creams, and milkshakes for orders.
* Take and input telephone and app orders correctly into the system.
* Keep the counter area clean, organised, and compliant with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
* Clean tables and maintain a tidy restaurant during quiet periods.
* Ensure the restaurant meets health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
* Be open to ongoing training in food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and customer service.
