Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
This role is responsible for providing technical support for internal late stage and commercial manufacturing processes across sites, including engineering support for existing equipment and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review process data to identify shifts or outliers and investigate their causes
* Monitor methods, facilities, and equipment design for consistency and find opportunities to improve reliability, repeatability, compliance, and consistency
* Apply engineering/scientific principles and professional practices to tackle complex problems creatively and practically
* Work in a team-oriented environment to increase output quality and ensure operations align with safety standards and cGMP guidelines
* Assist in equipment and facility design review and participate in technology transfer projects
* Support process transfers to external facilities and participate in technical sharing standard methodology activities/projects across the Global MSAT team and IOPS organisation

* You will enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, team environment, collaborating with others to solve complex problems and be comfortable with quickly shifting priorities
* You have strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and can think critically and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (BS/BEng) or higher in chemical/process/mechanical engineering
* 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
