We are now recruiting a full-time duty manager to join our committed management team. The Castle Restaurant is a family friendly restaurant located in the grounds of the stunning and historic Blackrock Castle. We open 6 days for brunch, lunch and dinner and offer locally sourced food served in a bustling atmosphere by an amazing service team in the kitchen, floor and bar. A seating capacity of 96 guests across two contrasting rooms, with our summer courtyard adding another 96 seats in our summer months. Catering to a wide variety of customers including locals, tourists and corporate events.

You should have a love of food, be ambitious, have a positive mindset, be physically ready for the challenges of managing a team of up to 20 people per service. You will have a calm demeanour and be solutions focused. You'll have a number of years of experience at management level in a hospitality environment and will be excited by our industry.
