We are currently looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our busy payroll department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client payroll information accurately, producing payroll reports for clients, and liaising with management regarding any issues.

Main Responsibilities:

* Process client payroll information accurately

* Producing payroll reports for clients and liaise with management regarding any issues

* Maintaining payroll processing system

* Investigate and resolve any time sheet discrepancies

* Deal with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

* Keep up to date with payroll legislation changes and any other information that may effect payroll processing

* Ensuring smooth and efficient administration of pensions

* Other relevant duties

The successful candidate must have:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position

* Payroll or accounts qualification
">
* Excellent communication skills

* A positive attitude towards work

* The ability to work to deadlines
