As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide high-quality nursing care that promotes the physical, social, and emotional well-being of our service users.
* To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support is provided to individuals with complex needs.
You will be required to act up for the Team Leader in their absence and work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and flexible hours as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
* Post-registration experience in mental health or learning disability nursing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
