Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert technical guidance on the implementation and support of enterprise mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide subject matter expertise on software installation, configuration, and testing, as well as proactive troubleshooting and resolution of issues that arise during implementation.
* Hold requirement gathering sessions with clients and collaborate with internal teams to resolve product issues.
* Assist Support and Pre-Sales teams with technical issues, including training end-users on enterprise mobility solutions.
* Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions.
* Strong interest in mobility and solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* A quick learner with ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts.
* Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
