Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:*****:30/ Hybrid
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment and plant utilities to high standards
Implement strategic engineering goals, KPIs and objectives
Oversee Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services & Soft Services
Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on time
Resolve technical issues promptly to support operations
Oversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actions
Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance
Project manage, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractors
Manage shift patterns, holiday cover and overtime
Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement
Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service
Qualifications and Experience:
Third level engineering qualification or senior trades background with experience
Experience in tendering for services and project/contract management.
3-5 years' experience in similar role
Previous experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment
Strong financial, systems and process understanding
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and customer service focus
