In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a team in a GMP-regulated environment, and ensure production targets are consistently met while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
Lead, motivate, and support production staff, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.
Monitor output, quality, and downtime, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with GMP, health & safety, and company policies at all times.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Support training and development of team members.
What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience in manufacturing, ideally in medical devices, pharma, or another GMP-regulated industry.
Proven supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
