A TV Media Production Company based inDublin 2is seeking a full-timeAccounts Managerto oversee the finance function across a group of related companies.The Accounts Manager will play a key role in the management and coordination of all internal financial operations, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with external Auditors and Accountants.Key Responsibilities:Company AccountsManage accounts payable and receivablePerform general ledger postings and updatesComplete trial balance reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet)Conduct Revenue compliance checks as requiredManage company credit cards, including analysis and postingPrepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statementsPrepare audit files and coordinate audit requirementsSet up bank accounts and act as primary banking contactManage vendor accounts and relationshipsSupport company secretarial dutiesMaintain general financial filing systemsProject AccountsLiaise with Production Accountants on active projectsWork with internal production teams on initial project finance planning and cash flowsSet up banking arrangements for new productionsOversee Designated Activity Company (DAC) reporting, payments, and complianceSchedule internal audits and coordinate with auditors and production accountantsAssist with DAC governance and final compliance requirementsMaintain project-related filing and documentationCandidate RequirementsA strong interest in film and television (distinct advantage)Minimum 3 years' relevant finance experienceExcellent numeracy and strong attention to detailHighly organised, process-driven, and efficientStrong interpersonal skills and a good team playerStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and on own initiativeExcellent IT proficiencyPackageSalary: €50,000–€55,000 plus 25 days leave & bensHours: 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to FridayWorking Arrangement: Office-based role with flexibilityAlovely opportunity with significant scope for growth, offering the right candidate the chance to expand and further develop the role as the company continues to grow.How to ApplyTo apply, please contactRichard Minchinon theLex Consultancyteam.
