We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations, this role is a perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account access
Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance
Document technical procedures, issues, and solutions
Collaborate with teams on IT improvements and upgrades
What You Bring:
1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Strong troubleshooting abilities across Windows/macOS
Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Understanding of networks, security, and system fundamentals
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
