About the Role
As an Implementations Consultant, you'll be a key point of contact for clients - guiding them from sales handover through to go-live. You'll configure the platform, manage timelines, solve problems, and ensure successful onboarding.
Projects typically last 4-8 weeks (with larger ones up to 6 months), and you'll be joining a collaborative team of consultants, subject matter experts, and support staff. There's clear opportunity for progression into senior consulting, team leadership, or product-focused roles.
Hybrid Working: This role is primarily remote, with only two office days required per month (set days - every second Monday).
What You'll Be Doing
* Own software implementation projects end-to-end
* Lead discovery, configuration, testing and go-live
* Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations
* Work closely with technical teams on data mapping, APIs, and solution design
* Contribute to scaling internal delivery processes as the team grows
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience delivering SaaS/ERP implementations or onboarding complex software
* Strong project ownership skills - ideally in smaller or scaling environments
* Experience working with finance, payroll, HR, or AP platforms is a major plus (e.g. SAP, Sage, NetSuite, Tipalti, Glantus, etc.)
* Technical capability in data mapping, SQL, APIs - or the confidence to learn
* Strong communication skills - comfortable running client calls and managing multiple stakeholders

* Salary: €65,000-€80,000 DOE + 10% annual bonus
