About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded
Strategy Analyst
to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by conducting market research, financial analysis, and business modelling to help shape the organisation's long-term direction and growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on markets, competitors, and industry trends.
* Analyse business performance and identify strategic opportunities or risks.
* Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic recommendations.
* Prepare strategy reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership.
* Work cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, and senior stakeholders to support strategic projects.
* Evaluate business cases, new initiatives, and potential investments.
* Support strategic planning cycles, including OKRs, roadmap development, and priority setting.
* Keep updated with emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and market developments relevant to the business.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar field.
* Experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or financial analysis roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel (modelling, forecasting) and data analysis tools.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering clear, concise insights.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
* Familiarity with BI or visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Understanding of Irish or EU market conditions and regulatory environments.
* Knowledge of strategic frameworks such as SWOT, PESTEL, or Porter's Five Forces.
* Experience with financial modelling or valuation methodologies.
