Job Description
Arrange the work schedule for workers and clock attendance for workers every day.
Manage sub-contractors by monitoring work standards and progress.
Order building supplies, schedule equipment maintenance as needed, and train new construction employees. Also perform first aid in emergencies.
Control the quality, budget and site progress and update construction managers on work progress.
Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards and procedures.
Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.
Oversee daily worksite operations and resolve workers' problems encountered.
Monitor and ensure all workers comply with specific rules and requirements, etc.
