Job Overview
The ideal candidate will provide critical support to the Project Manager, focusing on coordinating façade elements across multiple subcontract packages.
* Develop a comprehensive façade construction programme.
* Manage technical submittals, track sign offs and BCAR approvals for the façade scope.
* Coordinate sample procurement, testing regimes and quality control measures.
* Evaluate project performance specifications and drawings.
Responsibilities also include:
* Procuring façade materials for the project and ensuring logistics are coordinated.
* Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from design to installation.
* Review project quality using BIM field or project checklist reviews.
* Compile Safety Files and O&M data for client handover.
* Ensure onsite testing is completed as per specifications and snagging is done.
* Review and validate any façade scope variations.
* Effective sub-contractor management skills.
