Job Title: BIM Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled BIM Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality building information modeling (BIM) projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience in using BIM software to produce collaborative 2D and 3D models and associated drawings. You will work closely with our BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Producing weekly clash reports
* Coordinating and monitoring incoming/shared models
* Producing images and drawings as required by the BIM manager
* Coodinating MEP BIM Projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in modeling mechanical or electrical systems within an engineering consultancy or contractor
* Experience as a BIM Team Lead delivering a range of large projects
* Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering background would be an advantage
* Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, and MS Office
* Must have experience using Revit MEP
