Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Develop the Team: Coach, mentor and grow a talented group of BDRs. Lead hiring to recruit top talent and sustain rapid growth.
* Define & Execute Strategy: Develop and refine outbound pipeline generation strategy. Identify target accounts, optimise messaging and leverage multi-channel outreach including AI.
* Manage Performance: Own and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking team activity and efficiency. Build repeatable systems for consistent, scalable pipelines.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing and Operations to align programs and optimise end-to-end sales process.
