Job Title: Sales Support
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking sales bids, maintaining bid documentation, and ensuring timely submissions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and track sales bids using internal systems.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid documentation.
* Liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and information.
* Analyse sales and marketing data using Salesforce to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
* Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Conduct lead generation activities via LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Assist in content creation and social media scheduling.
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
* Prepare marketing materials and logistics for events.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to align on shared goals and objectives.
* Support cross-departmental projects and communications.
* Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and documentation.
* Assist with procurement of marketing materials and promotional items.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar sales and marketing support role.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficient in:
Salesforce,
Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project),
Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred),
LinkedIn and other lead generation tools,
Social media platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
* Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
