Reperio has partnered with a company seeking a contract Solution Architect – SAP SuccessFactors. You will lead end-to-end design of smart HR solutions, translate business needs into scalable systems, and guide clients with expert insight. Driving delivery, influencing strategy, and shaping the future of digital HR. This role is an initial 6 months with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead design and delivery of complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned to best practices and business goals.
2. Oversee multiple design streams, ensuring integration and smooth execution across teams.
3. Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, future-proof HR systems.
4. Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and roadmaps.
5. Deliver clear documentation and impactful presentations to communicate solutions.
6. Shape the SAP SuccessFactors practice by identifying innovation and growth opportunities.
7. Manage configuration workbooks and system documentation across multiple projects.
Requirements:
8. Skilled in design thinking, UX, and customer-centric solution design.
9. Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
10. Deep understanding of the full development lifecycle and best practices
11. 10+ years' hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration and delivery.
12. Bachelor's degree preferred; active SuccessFactors certifications highly valued.
13. Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices and key modules (., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
