Job Description:
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting a busy kitchen with service and preparation on a daily basis. This role is pivotal in organising and running the kitchen smoothly, supporting the Head Chef and the team.
This individual will be involved in food ordering for the section, stock counting, food safety and hygiene procedures, along with menu planning and execution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing inventory, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring timely preparation of dishes.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 Year's experience as a Sous Chef essential.
* Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management Skills with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to be part of a team.
* An energetic, active Sous Chef who leads by example, trains, monitors, motivates & educates staff.
