Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage our quality control processes for civils and concrete projects.
* Oversight and management of quality assurance and control processes for civils and concrete projects.
* Implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards.
* Conducting regular quality audits and site inspections to ensure compliance.
* Management of quality documentation using Fieldview and Viewpoint systems.
* Development, review, and approval of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and procedures.
* Collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients on quality issues.
* Providing training on quality standards and best practices.
* Monitoring and reporting key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
* Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in civil engineering or construction management, have proven experience in civils and concrete quality management, knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.
