Additionally, we also offer our clients award winning coffee and carefully curated Irish cold drinks and snacks.Position OverviewThe BoscaSauna Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, clean, and enjoyable operation of the sauna and cold plunge during all sessions. The role involves preparing and maintaining the wood-fired sauna and chill tubs, welcoming and assisting guests, and upholding BoscaSauna's high standards of customer care and safety.Barista skills are also a key element of the role.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and maintaining a high-quality wellness environment.There are also promotional opportunities for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content GenerationServing customers in the coffee dock (Barista Training Preferable)Sauna Preparation & OperationChill tub Preparation & OperationStart, maintain, and safely monitor the wood-fired sauna stove.Check water, wood, ventilation, and temperature levels throughout sessions.Ensure optimal sauna temperature and atmosphere for guest comfort and safety.Customer ServiceGreet guests warmly and explain sauna use, etiquette, and safety rules.Provide guidance as required.Respond promptly to guest questions or concerns.Health & SafetyEnforce health and safety protocols at all times.Identify and report any hazards or maintenance issues.Monitor guest well-being and ensure users follow time and temperature guidelines.Maintenance & CleaningClean and disinfect the sauna, changing area, and surrounding space after each session.
