We are looking for a confident and motivated Salon Manager to lead our talented team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of multi-tasking between management duties and front of the house customer service, while maintaining a focus on calendar management, team performance, client satisfaction, and business growth. They must also be capable of working on their own initiative, ensuring smooth operations and proactive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
* Oversee daily operations of two salon locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
* Open and close the salon ensuring everything is ready for salon operations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the salons.
* Manage stock levels, placing orders for supplies and products as needed.
* To assist with any other duties required by senior management.
* To represent the Company's interests with all internal & external interactions.
* To observe confidentiality in respect of Company activities.
Staff Management:
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of stylists and beauty professionals.
* Work closely with the team to help them achieve their daily targets, coach and support as needed.
* Perform daily team catch-ups to set expectations for the day.
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
* Create schedules and manage staff rotas to meet business needs.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Financial Oversight:
* Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
* Track sales performance and revenue targets.
Customer Service:
* Be front of the house and manage calendar bookings
* Engage with clients by answering phone calls, follow-up on appointments and ensuring calendar is well managed.
* Ensure an exceptional client experience, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly.
* Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Act as a visible leader in the salons, engaging with customers and staff.
Marketing & Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
* Oversee promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns to boost bookings.
Administrative Duties:
* Maintain accurate records, including client databases and financial reports.
* Handle any other administrative tasks as required to support salon operations.
