Online Community Safety Expert
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content. As an Online Community Safety Expert, you will investigate reported issues, enforce community standards, and provide insights to improve user experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* Enforce community standards by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse.
* Stay up-to-date on our products and community policies.
* Leverage market-specific knowledge to propose scalable solutions for community support.
* Analyse data to identify trends and improve user experiences.
* Evaluate issues outside company policy and escalate them to global teams when necessary.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in one of the following languages: Albanian, German, Hebrew, Latvian, Romanian, Swahili, or Ukrainian.

Working Arrangements
We work in a fixed schedule with no rotations. You will be based in Dublin 18, Sandyford, but we do not currently offer remote work options.
Eligibility
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport or valid work authorization). This role involves exposure to sensitive content, so candidates must be comfortable handling such material.
