Job Title: Construction Scheduler
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience to work on a wide range of exciting projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning and execution across multiple sites, working closely with site teams, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines efficiently. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate well with colleagues at all levels.
* Develop and update project schedules using Microsoft Project, encompassing the full project scope, key milestones, timelines using Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
* Prepare tender and construction programmes methodologies both traditional design & build projects.
* Produce lookahead programmes progress trackers assist developing as-built programmes.
* SUPPORT PROJECT TEAMS IDENTIFYING RISKS OFFERING PLANNING SOLUTIONS COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS SITE TEAMS QS TEAMS PROJECT MANAGERS ETC FACLITATE WHITE BOARD MEETINGS REVIEW PROGRAMME STATUS COLLABORATE WEEKLY PLANNING ASSIST ESTABLISHING PROJECT RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS CONTRIBUTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF PLANNING PROCESSES REPORTING TOOLS OTHER DUTIES REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills):
• Minimum 6 years on-site experience preferably within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong IT skills ability produce clear reports planning documentation.
