We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire a
Financial Analyst
for their Global Operations finance team.
This role sits within the Budget Management team, supporting global Trust & Safety vendor operations. You will be responsible for validating monthly billing, managing purchase orders, analysing data from internal dashboards, and assisting with monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting.
About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with a portfolio of global vendors who provide operational services to the organisation. Each month, vendors submit financial estimates followed by actual invoices. Your role will be to validate these numbers, flag discrepancies, liaise with vendors to resolve issues, and ensure financial accuracy across all billing cycles. This is a dynamic, deadline-driven role that blends data analysis, financial coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
* Validate monthly invoices by comparing vendor estimates with actual billing
* Identify and investigate discrepancies, resolving issues with external vendors and internal teams
* Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate financial documentation
* Extract, clean, and analyse data from internal dashboards and spreadsheets
* Prepare monthly and quarterly OPEX reports
* Summarise financial data clearly for leadership audiences
* Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders when required
* Support financial operations and commercial enablement teams
* Work onsite 3 days per week with the Dublin-based team
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
* +2 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, billing, or a related field
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, and SUMIF/SUMIFS
* Ability to work with large datasets and summarise findings clearly
* Confident interpersonal skills for vendor communication
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Experience with Tableau, Anaplan, or Google Suite
2. General numeric literacy and comfort working with financial data
3. Experience in fast-paced or highly operational environments
4. Interest in global operations or vendor management
