Manufacturing Coordinator | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract A leading manufacturing company is currently seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This position will support the day-to-day coordination of manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a regulated manufacturing environment who enjoys working across production, quality, engineering and maintenance functions. Key Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved Monitor workflow efficiency and support the tracking of production metrics and KPIs Escalate production issues and assist with troubleshooting activities alongside engineering and maintenance teams Ensure manufacturing activities are carried out in line with SOPs, GMP and safety standards Maintain and improve manufacturing training records and training processes Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with deviation investigations, CAPA activities and root cause analysis Maintain accurate production documentation and operational records Support audit readiness and compliance activities Work closely with production operators and cross-functional teams to support smooth operations Requirements Previous experience within manufacturing, production or operations support Experience working within a GMP or regulated environment is highly desirable Strong organisational and communication skills Exposure to continuous improvement, Lean or process optimisation activities would be advantageous Experience supporting training coordination, documentation or compliance activities is beneficial Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment For more information or to apply, please contact Kerry on.
