Job Description
* Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
* Monitor inventory levels and highlight shortages or excesses.
* Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Assist with purchase orders, reporting, and administrative tasks.
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.
* Suggest process improvements to enhance inventory management.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with inventory management systems is advantageous.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
