Site Operator
Location: Fermoy
Duration: 12 Month FTC
Overview of the role:
Located at our transfer station in Fermoy, the successful person will be enthusiastic and flexible and work with our site team. Site Operator role incorporates handling, sorting and processing of materials as part of a new process.
Day to Day Role:
This role involves the handling, sorting, and processing of materials as part of a newly implemented operational procedure.
Attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with site standards.
Safely lift, move, and position materials in accordance with handling guidelines
Accurately document processing activities, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with company standards
Organise and categorise materials efficiently to support workflow and operational requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Perform additional tasks as required to support site operations and ensure smooth workflow
Required skills for this role:
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and a trustworthy individual
Good time-management skills and ability to work on own initiative
Must be physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling materials safely and efficiently
On-site training will be provided
