About Food Village
Food Village ) is Ireland's largest provider of secondary school lunches, serving over 70,000 students daily across 100+ schools. With 180+ staff, a state-of-the-art production facility in Longford, and ambitious growth plans, we are now expanding into corporate catering, office canteens, call centres, and industrial sites nationwide.
The Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to lead out industry sales for Food Village. This is a standalone role where you will grow our client base outside the school sector, targeting corporate offices, industrial sites, and large organisations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of Food Village's corporate and industrial catering client base
* Prospect, identify, and secure new business across offices, factories, call centres, and large organisations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, facilities managers, and procurement teams
* Deliver professional sales presentations and tailored proposals to clients
* Manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
* Represent Food Village at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows
* Report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress against growth targets

About You
* Proven track record in B2B sales (catering, foodservice, FMCG, or facilities management an advantage)
* Confident self-starter, able to work independently and drive sales growth
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Full clean driver's licence (essential)
